Course Overview

Eddy current testing, also known as Foucault current testing, uses electromagnetic induction to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities in conductive materials. This course builds practical understanding of alternating magnetic fields, probe response, calibration, and interpretation for industrial inspection work.
